All party packages require a minimum of 10 paid guests to book the party. Only those guests that are playing the games will need to be included in the booking total. The Guest of Honor is not included in the 10 person minimum and will receive (1) free 2 hour Timed Play card.

If you are unsure of how many guests will attend the party, please book for least amount of guests. The total amount of guests and balance due can be adjusted when you arrive to setup for your party.

Yes, we do allow outside food and drinks. We encourage it. We do not supply any food or supplies for the parties. The host is responsible for all food, drinks, plates, utensils, table clothes, etc…. Jilly’s supplies the the tables, chairs, and playcards.

The hosts normally bring a few things and/or have the rest delivered. Most commonly the hosts bring drinks, cupcakes, and birthday cake. A lot of them have pizza delivered as well. Please remember to bring cups, plates, and utensils as well as candles, a knife, and lighter if needed. We suggest keeping the menu and setup simple so you can enjoy the party with your guests.

The reserved table and chair setup in towards the back section of the arcade. We cover our pool table so you can put food and supplies on it. We also have 3 rectangular tables that get placed around the covered pool table. (2) 6ft and (1) 4ft. We also have 8 plastic folding chairs and some benches that are in the setup. Setting things up this way allows the guests, hosts, and parents to hang out, be involved, and keep an eye on things during the whole 2 hour party.

Each paid guest will receive a 2 hour play card. The timer starts for each card when the first game is swiped with that card. The card works on all games that have a rainbow colored card reader. Approximately 80% of the games. The time play designed to keep the guest moving around and allow them to play a variety of games. Some games are limited to 2 or 3 plays in a row, but the guest can go back to that game later. There may also be a 1-3 minute delay between card swipes depending on the game.

There are scheduled time slots reserved for the parties. We do have some time in between parties for host setup/cleanup and the cleaning our staff has to do in between as well. You are may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. We would like the table area packed up and cleared within 15 minutes of your scheduled end time. You do not have to rush out or leave the building. We just need the reserved table area back so we can straighten up and get cleaned up for the party coming in. For example: If your party is booked for 1pm-3pm. 12:45pm-1pm host setup, 1pm-3pm party duration, 3pm-3:15pm host clean/pack up, 3:15-3:45 staff cleans up, 3:45pm next party arrives.

Jilly’s Arcade is located at 12th Street & Boardwalk. There is plenty of parking in our lot behind the building as well as our secondary lot. During the off-season, parking in our lot is free of charge, first come – first serve. In season we are a paid lot and the party host will receive 1 free parking spot with their bookling
