This house was so nice for our family vacation! We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we it wasn't cramped at all! The parking pass and chairs were such a nice amenity and the garage had fun games and toys for the kids too. Jody was also super helpful and responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. I would definitely book this again!
Jody's home was excellent and exactly what we needed! The home was very clean when we got there and Jody was kind enough to give us early check in since we were already in the area in the morning. Jody was very communicative throughout our entire stay and was a great host! We would absolutely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at Silly Jilly Tiki house! The home was clean, comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
Great house for the family. Everything was clean and accurate.
They even have an extra space down in the garage which has toys and games.
I recomend it and will go back.
Jody's home is beautiful and was the perfect location for our family vacation! The kids especially loved the garage "hang out" and we loved the convenient location. Jody is extremely responsive and we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Jody's place was a great find for our first stay in Ocean city ! Listing is accurate and the house had plenty of space for my family. My kids loved it, especially the "tiki" area downstairs with game. ACME a couple of blocks away for anything additional we needed and two great parks around the corner. We drove to the boardwalk each day bc it was a little far for a toddler to walk but beautiful neighborhood and we got the quality family time we were looking for.
Jody was proactive and very responsive to any questions we asked and even had a great property manager who reached out early to let us access beach badges before check in time. Everyone was very accommodating and we would definitely stay at one of Jody's locations again! Oh and a bonus arcade card was gifted to us as we arrived and the kids had a blast !
i can honestly say that this is the perfect house for your group of friends! very private and so many activities. the house is very beautiful and she's very responsive. we had a last min booking (our other host canceled) and she took us in on a short notice! thank you so much!
Quiet house for a family! The ability to park in Jilly's arcade lot was incredibly helpful. It allowed us to hit the beach, arcade and boardwalk with ease, which is important with kids. Drew was incredibly helpful and kind, getting us early access to the beach passes and parking. Also, a young woman who was there when we arrived early saw my kids and gave them the gift basket early, which made them so happy!
We had a hiccup with the TVs and someone popped by to help.
Very pleasant stay.
Excellent stay at Moore Avenue. The walk to the beach was a little too far for our group because of the heat and sun. We appreciated the parking pass on 12th street and the umbrella and 2 chairs package that can with the property. In the evening when it was less hot, we walked down to the boardwalk.
The extra garage space was useful for our teenage kids. The extra beach chairs and umbrella in the garage was also helpful! We used the two parking spaces and found street parking for the weekend.

Located just a few blocks from the boardwalk, the apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony and comfortable a/c. Our children loved your generous gift basket... thank you!!
We had a great time staying at Jody's place. With a group of 4 (2 adults, child and baby) we wanted a space that could fit us comfortably and this certainly did just that. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and downtown which was made it easy to get around. The welcome basket was a nice and unexpected touch that we are very appreciative of receiving. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient location in Ocean City.
We really enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to the boardwalk and shops. Parking was convenient and the private patio was very nice! We would definitely stay here again!
Jody was very responsive! Check in was very easy and we even got to check in a couple of hours earlier than expected. The location was great - a short walk to both the beach and shops/dining. The balcony was nice to hang out on at night.
We loved our stay, even though it was only one night. The suite was very clean and perfect for our needs. The complex felt secure as well. We will try to stay here again!

Everything was amazing! From communication, to helpfulness around a forgotten item, and even the gift basket that was left. We really appreciated Julia helping us out a few times when needed and providing us with a great experience. Would rent again from Jody!
This unit was perfect for our stay in OCNJ. The building is only 2.5 blocks from the beach and was very walkable to other places as well. The unit was very clean and the private balcony was such a nice amenity to have. You also get a parking space. The building has a locked elevator and outdoor shower as well.
It was such a nice treat to walk in to a little welcome basket. It was a nice touch that really was very generous. We did have an issue with the lock, but the owner was extremely quick to respond and had someone over within 15 minutes to resolve the issue.
I highly recommend staying in Jody's unit. It was the perfect location and was very clean and easy to check into. We hope to stay there again next year!
Jodi was kind and very responsive. The location was clean, pristine, warm, and conveniently located 1 block feom the beach. All amenities losted were available. Jodi went above and beyond in providing clear instructions, preparing the location and ensuring that me and my family had a great stay and were able to make great memories. We will definitely be using Jodi jext summer when we come back.

It was in the perfect spot in ocean city nj. It was not a far walk to the boardwalk and the beech. It very was easy to check in and check out. I would gladly go again!
